A few years back I’d started an MSN group called Simpson Genealogy Researchers. While not a busy site, it had attracted about 100 members and photos, queries from around the world. In the fall of 2008 MSN closed down the Groups and allowed for the migration to their new system Multiply. Only 10 of the members migrated over to the Multiply site http://simpsongenes.multiply.com/photos
I started this Ning site about the same time as I’d received the notice that MSN was changing. Since then I’ve grown to prefer Ning to Multiply – the feel is so much more friendlier to me.
